The Book Cupboard

We are pleased to introduce our latest addition to the park...... a Book Cupboard in the Rose Garden! It was suggested to us by one of our regular park users that this was something we might consider bringing to Craigtoun and no sooner was it said than done as our yard volunteer, Steve, set about designing and constructing the cupboard, which has now been erected adjacent to the gazebo. It is accessible for all and has been filled with a selection of Storytime magazines, courtesy of our favourite Storyteller, Sheila Kinninmonth. The Rose Garden is the perfect, tranquil spot in the park for some downtime and now you can enjoy a story too, with the gazebo there to provide a bit of shelter as we move into the autumn. Happy reading!
