When you hire the Party Tent it is yours from 10am so there is plenty of time for you to arrange tables and chairs to your liking and personalise the tent with balloons and banners if you wish. You can cater the whole event yourself or ask us about catering packages from the Craigtoun Cafe.
Included in the hire fee is the use of a whole host of giant games and sports equipment: Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Sports Day Equipment, Cricket Set, Pop Up Football Nets, Tug of War Rope, Giant Dominoes and Quoits.
For a supplement of £15.00 we can hook you up to an electrical supply, which will also enable you to use our hot water urn (consumables & crockery are not provided).
Groups hiring the Party Tent are eligible for our group rate of £7.50 per person for day wrist bands, which can be purchased from the Ticket Office on the day of your visit. Finally, to add a little bit of extra fun to your outing, we offer a Letter Hunt free of charge for anyone hiring the Party Tent. We provide the clues and letters – you provide the prizes!
The Picnic Hut is a self-contained venue on the quiet, west side of the park. It is available to hire for any type of event and includes the use of giant, outdoor games and a letter trail. There are tables & chairs, which you are free to arrange as you wish. Power is supplied to the hut by a generator and the closest toilets are those located by the Zip Wire.
Our Open Shelter is located close to the Adventure Playground and is available to reserve for the day for groups who want a wet weather option and/or a focal point for a less formal get-together. There is bench seating around the inside perimeter and we can also provide folding tables and a few additional chairs if required.
