Craigtoun Country Park is a hugely popular destination for summer outings and has been for generations. Families, schools, nurseries, Sunday schools, sports clubs, scouting groups, special interest groups and holiday clubs all enjoy bringing groups to Craigtoun and many come back year after year. Because there is no entrance fee, even groups with very limited budgets can enjoy a day out at Craigtoun and, for just £7.50 per person, groups of 10 or more can purchase day wrist bands for unlimited use of our seasonal attractions for the duration of their visit.

The Party Tent is located on the grassy area behind the Craigtoun Cafe and close to the main toilet block. It is available to hire for any type of event and includes the use of giant, outdoor games and a letter trail. There are tables & chairs inside and power can be supplied to the venue if required.
The Picnic Hut is a self-contained venue on the quiet, west side of the park. It is available to hire for any type of event and includes the use of giant, outdoor games and a letter trail. There are tables & chairs, which you are free to arrange as you wish. Power is supplied to the hut by a generator and the closest toilets are those located by the Zip Wire.
Our Open Shelter is located close to the Adventure Playground and is available to reserve for the day for groups who want a wet weather option and/or a focal point for a less formal get-together. There is bench seating around the inside perimeter and we can also provide folding tables and a few additional chairs if required.
