In conjunction with The Big Help Out, we are holding a Volunteer Open Morning at Craigtoun for prospective new volunteers to find out how they can get involved in helping the Friends of Craigtoun to achieve their goal of securing the future of Craigtoun Country Park.

Attendees should meet in the Party Tent, which is erected on the tarmacked area between the Ticket Office and the Craigtoun Cafe, where they will be met by staff and current volunteers. Once assembled, the group will be taken on a private tour of the park on Puffin' Billy before returning to the Party Tent for tea, coffee & biscuits, accompanied by a presentation from one of our directors. After the presentation, attendees will be given the opportunity to accompany current volunteers to the area of the park in which they usually operate - be that the Gardens, the Cafe, or on the Seasonal Attractions - for a more hands-on look at what they do there.

Everyone is welcome and all help is appreciated so, regardless of your current skills or the amount of time you have to offer, come along on 8th May to find out more about Volunteering at Craigtoun.
